A celebration of freshwater fishing and excellent gastronomy – that’s Rybobraní, organized by our supplier Chabrybárna by Josef Kalenda. This year, we have a unique opportunity to participate in this event!
Chabrybárna, in collaboration with our team of chefs Michal Daněk and Petr Židek, will demonstrate that freshwater fish is an outstanding local ingredient that can excite even those who don’t usually favor fish cuisine.
Over the course of two days, you’ll have the chance to taste perfectly prepared different types of fish from Alma Prague, Fish Delicacies from Chabrybárna. And as is our tradition, we’ve prepared something special for you. October traditionally offers the widest variety of fish species – you have a lot to look forward to!
